"THE HOLY SPIRIT AND FIRE"
Genesis 6:1
Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the
earth, and daughters were born to them, 2
that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were
beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.
3
And the LORD said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man
forever, for he is
indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.”
4
There were giants [nephilim] on the earth in those days, and also
afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and
they bore children
to them. Those were
the mighty men who were
of old, men of renown.
5
Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was
great in the earth, and that
every intent of the thoughts of his heart was
only evil continually.
6
And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was
grieved in His heart.
7
So the LORD said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from
the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds
of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.”
8
But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

Jude 1:6
The angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own
abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the
judgment of the great day;
II Peter 2:4
God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them
down to hell and delivered them
into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment; 5
and did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah…
I Peter 3:19
…to
the spirits [now] in prison, 20
who formerly were disobedient…in the days of Noah…
Romans 11:6 And
if by grace, then it
is
no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace.
Romans 3:23
All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Ephesians 2:8
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of
yourselves; it
is
the gift of God, 9
not of works, lest anyone should boast.
Job 19:25
For I know that
my Redeemer lives, and He shall stand at last on the earth; 26
and after my skin is destroyed, this I
know, that
in my flesh I shall see God,
