Lord's Supper
THE LORD'S SUPPER: Jesus said, "Do this in remembrance of Me."
Choose 4:30 or 6:30 on Sunday evenings, 6:30 on Monday evenings, or 6:30 on Tuesday evenings to join us in the children's building auditorium for a very special time of worship that includes eating a meal together. (So please bring a food item to share.) Childcare provided on Sundays.
This is what happens at the Lord's Supper:
We eat together, we pray together, we discuss the Bible together, we sing together, and most importantly, we remember Christ together through partaking of the bread in remembrance of His broken body and the cup in remembrance of His shed blood in payment for our sins.
When asked about the Lord's Supper, here is what attendees have said:
-
"It has been the most important factor in my growth as a disciple."
-
"It is the best thing about our church."
-
"To me, the Lord's Supper is the best and most special time of worship at our church."
-
"You will love it!"
